ROAD CLOSED

First St. past #1101 (a.k.a. the golf course road) remains closed. Any person using a closed street or road in a municipality: (a) does so at his or her own risk; (b) has no right to recover damages in case of accident or injury, and (c) is liable for any damage or injury resulting from such use. (MA Sec 15(2)).
